Yokai is based on the comic book character Lord Deathstrike. His more well known sister is Lady Deathstrike, and their family is tied to one of the biggest elements of one of Marvel’s biggest characters. Their dad, a scientist and crime lord (busy guy), perfected the process that bonded adamantium to bone as seen in Wolverine. The two also share ritual scars given to them by their father.
